We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic Orderbook Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from consolidating stakeholder demand and executing accurate order entries to overseeing modifications, cancellations, and allocations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to data integrity, who can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment while ensuring effective coordination and communication with key stakeholders.
What is important for the role (requirements): At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Background in Business, Logistics, or a related field Experience in retail and/or fashion/luxury is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and respect for deadlines Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (tools and/or processes) Background in Supply Chain Proficiency in English Strong business acumen and analytical skills (advanced Excel required) Power BI is a plus Good communication skills Ability to work in a continuously changing environment
