About this role:

Join Just Eat for an excellent opportunity to start or boost your professional career within the Planning and Operations area. You will be part of the Operational Planning team, helping to ensure we have the right courier capacity to meet order demand.

You will work with data, forecasts, and analytical tools, collaborating with various local and international teams. If you are interested in analysis, process improvement, and want to grow in a dynamic and technological environment, this position could be the ideal next step for you.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

* Estimate courier demand planning: Analyze order trends and collaborate on forecasting weekly operational needs.
* Generate schedule planning: Help optimize courier availability and coverage according to business needs.
* Analyze data and KPIs: Monitor operational and planning indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with different teams: Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments to align priorities and weekly plans.
* Participate in process improvements: Propose ideas and support initiatives to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
* Provide support for tools and processes: Serve as an internal point of contact for matters related to planning, reporting, and operational tools.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

* Education: Recent university graduates or students in their final year of Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
* Experience: Relevant initial experience (including internships or early professional roles) in planning, analytics, operations, or consulting.
* Data-Driven Mindset: A strong interest in data and problem-solving; a passion for analyzing information, detecting trends, and finding solutions.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a plus.
* Soft Skills: An organized profile with high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to accuracy.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments and learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Attitude: Proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn; motivated to grow professionally within an international company.
