Here, customer experience begins with knowledge: being ready to support service with insights on new arrivals, offering alternatives, and making sure every choice feels effortless for the customer. By sharing key visual inputs with the CX team, you ensure that the brand's image translates directly into the way clients perceive the store.

Product is your canvas. You'll refresh layouts, rotate exposed items, and adjust the store image quickly in response to visual and commercial needs. Every mannequin, display, and detail will be prepared to the highest standard, keeping the atmosphere dynamic and inspiring.

People are the core of this role. Identifying and training new visuals means passing on the culture, values, and creative vision of the brand. It's about shaping the next generation of talent while ensuring consistency in the store's identity.
