Overview We are looking for a Cloud AI Developer specialized in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions based on LLMs and agent systems, fully integrated into business platforms across Iberia. This role is focused on building and operating AI services in production, leveraging the Google Cloud ecosystem (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, etc.) and working closely with backend, data, and architecture teams. You will collaborate directly with Google teams, applying best practices in cloud architecture and AI engineering. This role is key to ensuring that AI agents are reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient in real production environments. Responsibilities Design and implement AI services based on LLMs and agent systems on GCP Develop Python microservices deployed on Cloud Run or Cloud Functions Integrate models (Gemini or others) into business workflows Design scalable, decoupled cloud architectures in GCP Define deployment and operational patterns for agent-based systems Integrate AI services with backend systems and internal tools Connect agents with data sources, tools, and internal systems Implement observability (logging, monitoring, tracing) in GCP Diagnose and resolve production issues (latency, errors, cost) Collaborate with Google teams on architecture and best practices Work closely with AI Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Tech Leads Contribute to the evolution of the AI and cloud technology stack Qualifications Experience 3-5+ years of professional software development experience Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Proven experience deploying and operating services in production environments Technical Stack Cloud (core): Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Vertex AI Cloud Run / Cloud Functions Pub/Sub (nice to have) Programming: Python (primary language) AI & Agents: Experience working with LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, or similar) Agent orchestration and tool usage API-based integrations Integration & Architecture: REST APIs Microservices architecture Backend integration (Node.js / APIs) DevOps: GitHub CI/CD pipelines Competencies Product-oriented mindset (beyond infrastructure) Strong focus on building production-grade systems Scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency thinking Problem-solving skills in cloud-native environments Nice to have Experience with multi-agent systems Knowledge of MCPs or context orchestration patterns Experience optimizing costs and performance in GCP Experience working with external partners (e.g., Google) Additional information Why join us?
