By joining our Talent Pool, you'll be considered for current and future opportunities across our engineering teams. If your background aligns with a role, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch to discuss it with you.

What we typically look for

* Strong professional experience developing software in modern C++

* Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures and object-oriented design

* Experience building performant, scalable and maintainable systems, with strong debugging and optimisation skills

* Experience in one or more areas such as gameplay systems, game engines, graphics, developer tooling, platform or backend engineering

* Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, version control and modern development practices

* A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex technical problems

While many of our engineers have a background in games, we also hire talented C++ developers from industries such as technology, finance, automotive, telecommunications and other high-performance software environments.

For engineers looking to break into the games industry, our Core Tech teams can provide a natural pathway. These teams build the platforms, tools, runtime systems, SDKs and shared technologies that underpin our games, allowing experienced C++ engineers to apply their expertise while gaining exposure to game development at one of the world's leading mobile gaming companies.
