Contract-to-hire position (Temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.)

Mission

The main goal of this role would be to act as a technically strong Quality counterpart to the R&D teams (FW, Cloud, App), taking ownership of:

* Consolidating and analyzing field data related to connectivity problems.
* Leading issue resolution processes with all stakeholders (Q, AfS, Cloud, FW, R&D).
* Ensuring we have reliable quality KPIs and visibility over product performance.
* Driving alignment between validation, releases, and quality expectations.
* Contributing to the definition of validation protocols for future connected product developments.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

* Technical background in Engineering (ideally Electronics, Computer Science or related).
* Proven experience in Quality and/or R&D roles.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in IoT, Connectivity, and Embedded Systems is highly valued.
* Full professional proficiency in English (bilingual level).
