Your Role

Are you a Salesforce expert who loves turning complex data into seamless customer experience? We are looking for a CRM Operations Manager to lead our B2B2C CRM Operations from Global Teams, overseeing and coordinating actions across brands and countries.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer relationships, managing the technical ecosystem (Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud) and optimizing the lead-to-opportunity flow. You will bridge the gap between data and human connection, empowering our sales teams and enhancing our B2B Commerce experience.

Beyond the technical scope, you will lead the creation of high-impact creative messaging, establishing communication benchmarks and best practices that will define how our company connects with its clients with a special obsession on omnichannel building.

What you will do

Operations Framework Leadership & CRM Governance

*
Operations Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B CRM oeprations strategy in alignment with B2B CRM Strategist to deliver business goals, defining clear KPIs and tracking frameworks.

*
Data Integrity: Oversee the collection, organization, and hygiene of our database to ensure high-quality segmentation and hyper-personalization.

*
Performance Analysis: Measure CRM performance using Data Lake insights and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

*
External Agencies and Budget Management: day-to-day management of external partners to together execute the operations roadmap delivering real business impact with full accountability.

Salesforce Ecosystem Management

*
Technical Ownership: Lead the day-to-day management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, acting as the main point of contact for technical troubleshooting.

*
Integrations: Collaborate with IT and third-party partners to ensure seamless data flow across our tech stack.

*
B2B Commerce Optimization: Define automation strategies for our B2B Commerce portal to drive growth.

Lead Management & Sales Enablement

*
Funnel Optimization: Streamline the lead management process to ensure a frictionless transition from marketing prospect to sales opportunity.

*
Sales Support: Train and support sales and customer service teams on CRM best practices, ensuring they have the tools to close deals faster.

*
Journey Mapping: Analyze B2B customer lifecycles to identify pain points and propose UX/process improvements.

Creative Communication & Messaging Excellence

*
Content Leadership: Spearhead the development of creative and persuasive messaging, setting the "Gold Standard" for B2B communications within the company.

*
Best Practices: Establish a library of communication best practices and templates that ensure consistency and high conversion across all touchpoints.

*
Multichannel Execution: Design and launch automated journeys (Email, SMS, Outbound calls) for account onboarding, acquisition, and reactivation

What we are looking for

*
Experience: 5+ years in CRM Management, specifically within a B2B environment.

*
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud is a must). Knowledge of Service Cloud and B2B Commerce is highly valued.

*
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating Data Lakes and translating raw metrics into business growth.

*
Innovation Scouting: Passion for exploring emerging trends and tools to evolve our B2B CRM ecosystem.

*
Communication Guru: A strong ability to craft compelling copy and creative concepts that resonate with professional B2B audiences.
