Job Purpose

As a Business Development Executive - Vendor Incubation you will work closely with key technology vendors to understand their strategic focus areas, translate them into actionable business plans, and ensure flawless execution through cross-functional teams.
This role acts as the strategic link between vendor priorities and internal execution teams, ensuring business growth, market share expansion, and strong vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

* Understand vendor strategic priorities and translate them into clear business plans.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the correct execution of agreed plans.
* Track performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
* Support vendor growth initiatives and market share expansion.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and presentations.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

* Experience in Product Marketing, Business Planning, Sales or Marketing.
* Strong ability to create business plans and turn strategy into actions.
* Experience supporting execution of sales/marketing initiatives.
* High level of English (C1) and strong business communication.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
* Solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
* Clear, honest, and transparent communication style.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
* Understanding of market dynamics, commercial drivers, and business growth levers.
