We are looking for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join our store located in La Roca del Vallès, at BOSS Outlet La Roca Village (La Roca Village Shopping Centre, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes 69-70).
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's visual merchandising standards within the store, ensuring a premium brand experience and supporting business growth to achieve commercial success.
* 40 hours per week
* Previous experience in premium or luxury retail
* Immediate start available
* 1-year fixed-term contract (maternity/leave replacement contract)

What you can expect:

* Responsible for the implementation of window displays and in-store installations in accordance with company standards and deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and presentation.
* Collaborate with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to plan and implement structural changes.
* Stay informed about current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and update store elements accordingly.
* Be familiar with Key Looks, seasonal buys, and key items that customers are driving for the season.
* Document work for Area/Retail Managers.
* Propose ideas and suggestions for product merchandising.
* Responsible for managing VM material orders (e.g., mannequins).
* Assist with stock replenishment alongside team members.
* Responsible for the presentation of products (in the window display and in-store) to support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
* Participate in the organization of special in-store events, when necessary.
* Optimal use of equipment and the latest technologies.mpliance with all company policies (health and safety, operations manual, uniform standards, etc.).

Your profile:

* Experience in a similar position where the ability as a Visual Merchandiser has been demonstrated, preferably in a premium fashion environment.
* Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand.
* Experience in training & developing people.
* Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail.
* Commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business.
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop.
* Fluent in English would be an advantage (spoken & written).
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
* Passion for trends in fashion retail & lifestyle
