Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable department is comprised of six members, divided into three teams located in Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands. This role will primarily focus on managing Swedish properties, while also offering opportunities for international collaboration and exchange.

What you will be doing…
* Oversight of accounts payable for a shopping center and/or management company.
* Processing bank bookings and manually handling invoices.
* Performing closing tasks related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and reporting.
* Maintaining direct communication with suppliers, which requires you to be fluent in Dutch.
* Developing and refining systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
* Participating in and leading various projects, such as harmonising processes across the region.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Good knowledge of SAP
* Intermediate level in Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to work towards deadlines
* Accounting knowledge is a plus but not required
