Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities within the Controlling Team
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
* Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss OR and IFRS standards
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT declarations and other regulatory filings
* Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations
Business & Financial Controlling:
* Conduct detailed revenue and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Prepare and deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
* Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Treasury & Procurement Controlling:
* Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requests in coordination with group treasury
* Oversee procurement processes, including Purchase Order accruals and Coupa system support
* Ensure alignment of procurement activities with financial planning and reporting
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:
* Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
* Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and validate assumptions
* Analyze deviations between actuals and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
Process Optimization & Digitalization:
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance and administrative processes
* Support the implementation of digital tools and best practices across the finance function
* Ensure continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, speed, and transparency
Project Leadership & Integration
* Lead finance-related integration projects within the Swiss shared service organization
* Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
* Support change management and training initiatives during system or process rollout

Qualifications:

Your Profile
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
* Strong knowledge of statutory accounting and IFRS
* Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), Cognos Controller, Coupa is a plus
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
* Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
