In Bern, you can expect training and simulation solutions for armed forces on land, at sea, and in the air, as well as for police authorities and helicopter operators worldwide. Your Mission
* Develop hardware from concept (schematics/layout) to series production readiness.
* Create and maintain technical documentation across the full product lifecycle.
* Assemble, commission, and test prototypes and pilot series, including measurements and reports.
* Define and implement test and validation specifications for PCBs.
* Support certifications, testing, and supplier acceptance processes.
* Maintain production data in SAP (ERP).
* Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Experience in hardware development, and knowledge of software development.
* Knowledge of 16/32-bit processors and interfaces (SPI, I²C, USB, UART).
* Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Good communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), German and French are considered an asset.
