* Partial preparation of staff meals for up to 170 people per service (lunch and dinner with salad and dessert options as well as a soup of the day)
* Monitoring the buffet and replenishing the dishes
* Timely setup and breakdown of the buffet in collaboration with the stewarding team before and after each service
* All pre- and post-preparation work for an optimal kitchen workflow, including cleaning the workspace after each service
* Inspecting the quality of goods for freshness, taste, and presentation
* Ensuring proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils
* Compliance with hygiene regulations

* Completed professional training as a chef
* Passion for fine cuisine
* Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and the commitment to achieve excellence in all areas
* Excellent English skills as the company language
* Additional knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage; any further language skills are considered a plus
* Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment
