Your responsibilities

- Develop and refine Health and Safety compliance programmes to meet global standards and the specifics of our Supply chain operations.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and site inspections, ensuring a flawless alignment with regulations and our internal policies.
- Dive deep into compliance data to spot trends and recommend proactive improvements.
- Work alongside various teams to ensure Health and Safety is a key part of all our Supply chain processes.
- Engage and empower regional teams on compliance practises, underpinning a culture that prizes Health and Safety standards.
- Craft and present detailed compliance reports and keep regulatory authorities informed and assured of our compliance.

The experience we're looking for

- A robust background and experience in Health and Safety compliance, particularly within multinational Supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's Degree from Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any other relevant department.
- Must to have a B class of occupational safety specialist certificate and ISO 14001 & 45001 certificate
- Experience within the standards of ADR (Dangerous Substance) regulation
- A firm grounding in applicable regulations and standards, with the initiative to continuously elevate safety.
- Analytical acumen that transforms data into strategy and improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills that inspire confidence across all levels of the business.
- A willingness and ability to bring your expertise to our global sites, as and when needed.
