Job Description:

* Support Controlling activities through financial and operational data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
* Contribute to budget planning and help improve data collection and reporting processes
* Explore how AI and automation tools can be used to simplify Controlling activities and turn improvement ideas into practical solutions
* Support the development of reports, dashboards, and digital tools for faster and more effective business insights
* Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process improvement
* Take part in continuous improvement projects to reduce manual work and increase efficiency within Controlling

Qualifications:

* 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Management Information Systems, or related fields
* Strong interest in Controlling, data analytics, process improvement, and AI
* Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Interest in working with tools such as Power BI, Python, and AI-powered solutions is an asset
* Very good command of English, both written and spoken
* Analytical, curious, proactive, and eager to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
