Danone Türkiye is looking for talented colleagues for the "Assistant Product Development Manager" located in Lüleburgaz for Dairy & Plant Based category. Come and join our energetic and inspiring team that makes Danone's great mission become reality!

As Assistant Product Development Manager you will be responsible for contributing the innovation process within the company. You will work in a cross functional team to align all key internal and external stakeholders on the best way to make an inno-idea become reality.

Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering degree required . Master degree/Phd is prefered
Minimum 1 years of experience in a FMCG - R&D Department
Person must know basics macro nutrients, food processing etc.
A profile with high business drive and sense of ownership for the business
Being able to understand the food related topics, namely ingredients, process and quality
Good data analysis & number crunching skills
Achieves results affectively, is proactive, communicates with easily, is able to take measured risk and to innovate, has passion for excellence, displays resilience, determination and flexibility
A clear strategic mindset that turns consumer understanding and market research findings into short or long-term strategy and actions
Excellent command of English.

• Develop Innovative Products: Create affordable, profitable, healthy, safe, and delicious products that are highly preferred by consumers and achieve leading market share.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to understand brand strategies and needs, propose relevant research solutions, and co-lead product development projects.
• Ensure Financial & Quality Targets: Select the right ingredients at the right price, ensuring targeted quality and safety standards through regular supplier meetings.
• Apply Best Practices: Review group specifications, implement best practices, and continuously research for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Develop products aligned with local regulations and global recommendations.
• Industrial Trials & Problem Solving: Conduct industrial trials and address technical barriers with effective solutions.
• Cost Optimization: Co-lead cost-saving initiatives, monitor material deliveries, and identify partners for innovation and cost efficiency.
• Project Management: Follow project timelines, maintain realistic schedules, and prioritize effectively.
• Product Renovation: Improve existing products or reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Supplier Partnership: Share know-how, identify barriers and solutions, and explore innovation opportunities with suppliers.
• Global Networking: Build a strong network within the international Danone Dairy & Plant-Based community to foster collaboration, exchange ideas, and share best practices
