Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Brand Manager, Aptamil" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Support the growth of Aptamil by turning consumer insights and data into impactful marketing actions. The role contributes to strengthening brand equity, driving demand and executing integrated campaigns across channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
* Analyze brand and category performance, identifying key drivers of growth and opportunities to strengthen brand health.
* Track brand KPIs (market share, penetration, brand equity metrics) and translate insights into actions that improve mental availability and brand visibility.
* Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, e-commerce and HCP touchpoints.
* Translate consumer insights and trends into creative and culturally relevant communication assets.
* Identify growth opportunities within the Early Life Nutrition category through a data-driven and consumer-centric mindset.
* Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders (Consumer & Channel Development, Medical, Finance, Strategy & Insights, Digital etc.) and external agencies to deliver brand and innovation plans.
* Contribute to marketing and brand management projects to strengthen category understanding and execution excellence.
* Support marketing investment planning and budget management to ensure efficient allocation and maximize working media impact

* Preferably 2+ years of marketing experience in FMCG company
