For our SI EP - Electrical Products Business Unit, we are looking for a Regional Account Sales Manager who will be responsible for creating leads and business opportunities from local panel builders, OEMs, and electrical contractors within our panel partner sales channel.

The region to be covered mainly includes the following countries:
👉 Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Georgia.

What part will you play?
* Purpose: Responsible for the strategy and corresponding execution to develop the business on behalf of Siemens EP TR-BU in those countries.
* Strategic Key Account Planning & Execution: Analyzes customers' markets, position, and needs and investigates for specific business opportunities for
* (scalable) products, solutions
* Pipeline & Opportunity Mgmt.: Responsible for the key opportunities/pipeline and drives the execution through all
* channels (direct and indirect)
* Drives sustainable customer relations on all relevant hierarchical levels (incl. C-level at customer and Siemens)
* The role will require taking responsibility for achieving personal sales targets for Electrical Products by defining customer value propositions that add real value to the customers business in relation to EP.
* This role requires technical knowledge across the entire product spectrum of EP (mainly low voltage products, low voltage panelboards and industrial control products) as you are ultimately responsible for being technical and commercial face of the offers and closing the deal at Distributors, Partners, Panel builders, OEMs, Electrical Contractors.

What you need to make real what matters ?
* Bachelor's degree from a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Experience in sales within a related area.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Results-driven mindset with solid analytical thinking skills.
* Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of low-voltage products, systems, and market dynamics is considered an asset.
* Ability to define account growth objectives, develop tailored strategies, plan customer engagements, and monitor progress effectively.
* Experience managing sales pipelines, building relationships with new and existing customers, understanding client needs, and evaluating business and financial contexts.
* Commitment to transparent communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Business Units, Specialist Teams) regarding pipeline and opportunity status.
* Willingness to engage with customers through regular visits (virtual or in-person), fostering trusted relationships, including with senior stakeholders such as C-level executives.
* Broad commercial and contractual awareness.
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
* Ability to adapt product or solution configurations to meet diverse customer needs..
