Junior UX\/UI Website Optimization Spec

You are: 

* A professional with 1+ year of experience in website quantitative and UX analytics 

* Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Optimizely 

* Familiar with Power BI, Glassbox or similar 

* Experience with UX psychological principles (cognitive load, Hick's Law, etc) for websites and apps analysis 

* Experienced user of project tracking-management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence experience etc.) 

* Marketing background would be a plus 

* Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level (both written and verbal) 

* A great collaborator and a team player 

 

 

With you we will: 

* Integrate Analytical services/tools and use them with focus on UX; 

* Communicate with brand managers, report and explain UX issues and problems related to the interface of the websites, present solutions; 

* Work with wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to support design decisions; 

* Support Web Content Team during integration recommendation in to the websites; 

* Meet deadlines and quality requirements
