What you're going to do

Software engineering is being reimagined around AI agents that do the work under human direction. Become part of this journey and help build the platform that helps our engineers deliver better software to our clients while keeping quality, security and governance at enterprise level.
As our AI Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping this platform from the ground up. You'll combine platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and software delivery expertise to build, operate and continuously improve the internal platform that powers AI-native software delivery.
You will ensure that AI-native development remains secure, observable, cost-efficient, and governed by engineering best practices so that humans stay accountable and in control.
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership in a strategic initiative shaping internal engineering practices and future client offerings. You'll work closely with engineering teams, evaluate new AI capabilities, support internal adoption and help turn technical innovation into value for our customers.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Designing, implementing, operating, and evolving the AI-Native Software Factory platform
* Establishing and maintaining quality gates, testing, and verification mechanisms
* Curating engineering standards, templates, architecture guidelines, and agent context
* Operating observability, security controls, and policy guardrailsManaging platform configuration, LLM access, and cost transparency
* Supporting project onboarding and ensuring secure project isolation
* Driving continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability, and delivery metrics

What we're looking for

* Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE
* Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (eg. Terraform)
* Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or comparable container platforms
* Experience with observability, reliability engineering, and incident management
* Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, quality engineering, and automated testing
* Knowledge of security best practices, identity management, and secrets handling
* Innovation mindset with the ability to handle uncertainty and changing requirements
* Keeping up and experimenting with the latest AI technologies
