In the Hungarian development center with our engineering team of 1000 we are present as an innovative and significant partner in one of the fastest growing and most exciting segment of the automotive industry, in the field of electromechanical steering systems. With outstanding quality and high-tech developments we meet the needs of renowned car manufacturers and our developments can be found in 25 % of the manufactured cars all over the world. Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.
* In this role, you manage the licenses for more than 30 engineering applications, such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Ansys, Vector, or Altair.
* You are responsible for optimizing the license pools and ensuring compliance with maintenance or subscription cycles. You are in regular contact with the vendors and act as the primary point of contact for contract and licensing matters.
* In addition, you advise and support the key users of the applications on licensing-related questions, understand their license needs, and translate these into planning processes. You also provide the relevant data for budget planning.
* You monitor the license inventory using our OpenLM monitoring tool and create accurate and actionable reports. Your responsibilities also include supporting operational license management tasks, which require a solid level of IT expertise.
* You are an expert in working with complex license models of engineering applications and can translate contractual requirements into suitable license pools. Analytical thinking and an independent working style are important to us.
* You understand the fundamental workflows of users with the relevant applications and advise them on optimizing the license inventory.
* You create reports showing license usage and highlight optimization potential within the license stock. You also provide the relevant input for planning processes.
* To support users in their work, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and possess strong communication skills. As a globally operating company, good English skills - both spoken and written - are required; German language skills are considered a plus.
* You bring a cando attitude and are generally willing to travel occasionally.
