About the role:
* Warehousing & Distribution (W&D) Logistics Specialist is an operational role focused on supporting day to day excellence in logistics operational activities across the CEE region.
* Logistic specialist is expected to work as part of a cross functional team based in different locations across the CEE region and is required to support opportunities to improve, eradicate or facilitate operational activities in conjunction with Operations Supervisor.
* This role reports to W&D Relationship manager MMW. The job holder will collaborate closely with Operations Supervisor and other Logistics Specialists to facilitate seamless high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Management of Inbound logistics with MMW 3PL, K&N issues, resolve issues related to inbound movements to warehouses to enable smooth progress of all inbound goods.
* Management of export process including inter markets shipments. Resolve issues relating to deliveries, returns, claims and damages to ensure best in class levels of customer satisfaction working collectively with Customer Service teams.
* Processing of inbound and outbound operations in SAP system.
* Manage logistics operational activities such as:
* Stock reconciliation with LSPs and monitor SAP IDOC failures and interfaces. Quantitative update of the ERP.
* Export operations - selection of suitable transport partners for transport lanes, monitoring of standards and resolution of transport issues for both customer deliveries and inter-company transport activities.
* Manage the collaborative claim management system (damaged, theft, destroyed shipments and stocks).
* Processing of inbound and export outbound operation in SAP system and processing actions in Veeva.
* Agree supply plan of stock transfer from MMW in Hungary to other internal warehouses.
* Monitor TLB process: create deliveries for stock transfer, monitor process of preparing shipping documents for custom purpose, support individual country requirements for Export and Import activities, coordinate shipment with 3PL/warehouse.
* Quality and compliance: Support Haleon quality and compliance requirements for all logistics activities.
* Stock management and auditing: Ensure reconciliation of stock differences with warehouse operators and maintenance of correct stock levels in Haleon system, including physical stock counting at stock-holding locations.

Requirements
Essential
* University degree in business or engineering (preferred SCM and/or logistics).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrable experience in logistics and supply chain management.
* Evidence of Project Management experience.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
* Experience in logistics activities in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse systems.
* Evidence of involvement in change management projects and organizational transformation.
* Ability to work on own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility.
* Able to work in a complex, multi-national business environment.

Preferred
* Excellent analytical skills and used to dealing with complex data.
* Evidence of experience in stakeholder management.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to calculate and present compelling business cases.
* Experience of multi-disciplinary project teams.
* Experience of working with external partners on projects.
* Wider business acumen and commercial experience.

HUF 646,407.75 - HUF 888,810.64 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
