About the role
Are you eager to leave a mark on the world of home care with innovative ideas? Reckitt is looking for a Marketing Assistant who is not only organised and proactive but also brimming with creativity. This role is your chance to support a dynamic team and grow your marketing skills in a company that's changing lives globally. In this role you will report to our Head of Marketing & Trade Marketing and will be working with our Essential Home portfolio with brands like AirWick, Calgon and Cillit.

Your responsibilities
* Support the Marketing Team in developing and executing marketing plans for a given brand to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and profit targets
* Support in campaign executions, project management
* Briefing and developing communication materials (eg.: key visuals, online videos, banners, leaflets, etc.)
* Support the Marketing Team in providing regular market and brand performance analysis against KPI's
* Support artwork development
* Keeping in contact and working in close co-operation with internal colleagues from different functions and with external agencies on a regular basis
* Support in preparing presentations and handling administrative tasks

The experience we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree level in a business-related subject
* 1-2 years' professional experience is an advantage (trainee, part-time), but fresh graduates are welcomed as well
* Strong analytical (Excel) and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
* Fluent English and Hungarian
* Proactive, responsible and reliable
* Ability to prioritize and to manage complexity, action driven personality
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
