About the role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist - HPE, you'll play an important role in supporting one of the world's leading technology vendors. You will work closely with the HPE business team and regional marketing colleagues, gaining valuable experience in marketing operations, project coordination, stakeholder management, and business support while contributing to the success of our HPE business in Hungary.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and activities supporting the HPE business.
* Manage marketing documentation, vendor agreements, and purchase orders.
* Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, and prepare reports and ROI analyses.
* Process purchase orders and marketing requests using SAP and internal systems.
* Collaborate with HPE, Business Development Managers, and Account Managers on business initiatives.
* Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and business objectives are met.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in marketing, administration, operations, or project coordination.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good analytical skills and confidence working with data, reports, and business systems.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent Hungarian and English.
