About the Role

As a Care Center Intern, you will support the Care Center team in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organization

What you do
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
* Support the team with case follow-ups, documentation, and data updates.
* Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests.
* Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
What you bring
* Bahraini nationals only 🇧🇭
* Bachelor's degree (medical or health-related background preferred).
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
