The Integrated Brand Communication (IBC) team sits at the heart of Danone's marketing ecosystem. We connect media, content, creative, data and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently and with impact.
As an IBC Intern, you will play a key operational and coordination role, helping teams and partners work better together.
Join the IBC (Integrated Brand Communications team) and get hands-on experience across media operations, creative workflows, retail media insights and cross-team coordination. This is a practical, real-impact role where you help run FMCG campaigns- not just observe them.
What You'll Do (and Learn):
Media & Campaign Support
* Keep briefs and specs on track with the agency
* Coordinate with agencies and partners
* Manage actions in Wrike
You'll learn how campaigns actually get executed - a core skill for any media or marketing role.
Content & D-Studio Coordination
* Support creative briefing → delivery → rework using Better Briefs Methodology
* Ensure quality criteria are met in creatives
* Help onboard teams and manage assets
You'll learn creative production and how to structure a brief with some of the best in industry - a huge advantage for future brand, content or agency jobs.
Retail Media & Insights
* Turn data into clear, actionable insights in digital retail media
* Support monthly reporting
You'll build analytical storytelling skills that are essential in digital, media and consulting careers.
Reporting & Creative Quality
* Track creative performance through AI !
* Identify improvement opportunities
You'll develop an eye for quality and optimization on creative best practice; see how we use AI to improve - key for any growth or performance-driven role.
Team & Admin Support (cross-team)
* PO/quote follow-ups
* Keep templates + drives organized
You'll learn the operational backbone that makes high-performing teams succeed.

* Student in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital or Media (Bachelor or Master level)
* Structured, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple topics
* Curious about media, content, digital and FMCG marketing
* Comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (Power BI / Analytics is a plus, not a must)
* Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong plus)
