Responsibilites:
* Provide commercial and relationship support, including preparing briefings, gathering information, conducting follow-ups, updating internal systems, and assisting with proposal submissions;
* Assist in identifying business opportunities through research across media sources and market reports;
* Support the development and maintenance of monitoring reports and spreadsheets, including revenue tracking, pipelines, and internal controls;
* Assist in organizing schedules, events, and roadshows, and participate in client servicing and coverage activities, contributing to product sales processes;
* Prepare presentations and support the onboarding of new companies (KYC), ensuring end-to-end follow-up and documenting meeting minutes and reports;
* Support financial product structuring and the use of related systems;
* Assist credit analysts in preparing credit packages, organizing financial statements, and generating key performance indicators.
Profile Required:
* Availability to work fully on-site;
* Organized, detail-oriented, and committed;
* Flexible, multitasker, communicative, and outgoing;
* Knowledge of accounting is desirable;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Fluent in English;
* A plus: French.
