GWM Finance Intern

Your role

Are you interest in Finance? Do you have an eye for detail and have a strong analytical skillset?

We are looking for an intern to:

* prepare weekly and monthly standard reporting for head quarter
* develop analytical controls and integrated reconciliation spreadsheets and processes
* track banker performance at client and product level
* support end users on Business Intelligence tools, supporting on Dashboards preparation/correction and on the tool administrative management
* automate manual processes and assist in the technological development of the financial area
* introduce process improvements and implement financial best practices

The GWM Finance Intern is responsible for providing support with analysis and insight of WM results in coordination with the broader Finance team.

This role will give you the opportunity to build a strong knowledge base across multiple finance specialist areas including accounting, product control and tax planning.

You'll also support on technical routines related to business intelligence tools as Qlik Sense and Alteryx.

Your team

You'll be working within GWM Finance team with focus on Wealth Management operations in Brazil. We produce and distribute best-in-class reporting products and analysis that support compliant and confident decision making by the business area, in a challenging and inclusive environment.

Your expertise

* studying Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Technology-related
* ideally advanced English skills
* Microsoft Office advanced skills
* finance knowledge or related fields
* programming knowledge (SQL/Python) or related skills will be a differential
* knowledge of BI tools (Qlik Sense/ Power BI/ Alteryx) will be a differential
* ability to work collaboratively and build network within a large matrix organization
* structured, organized, detail-oriented and able to apply technical understanding to solve problems
