Job Responsibilities

* Participate in projects focused on Continuous Improvement initiatives across different departments, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste.
* Support Supply Chain operations, including planning, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure efficient product flow from production to customer.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance Customer Service quality and build strong relationships.
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective goals and fostering a culture of teamwork.
* Actively seek and apply new knowledge and skills, demonstrating strong Learning Agility to adapt to evolving business needs.
* Receive mentorship from experienced leaders, applying guidance to develop leadership capabilities and professional growth.
* Support the implementation of Global Manufacturing best practices and standards within the Brazilian operations.
* Assist in the development and delivery of Supply Chain Training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics).
* Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in Continuous Improvement principles and Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Customer Service.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
* Proven capacity for Learning Agility and a proactive approach to skill development.
* Enthusiasm for a career in Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
* Fluency in Portuguese is required, and proficiency in English is a strong plus.
* Prior internship or project experience related to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement is advantageous.
