Team Introduction The MSO Scaled Growth Agency team sits within Global Business Solutions and drives revenue growth across NA, LATAM, and Europe. We handle revenue analytics, book of business management, goal-setting, WBRs, incentive planning, and cross-functional ops with sales, finance, and legal. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - WBR support and data analysis, building trackers and dashboards, structured problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and producing polished deliverables for leadership

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or other quantitative field such as Economics, and other analytical disciplines. - Demonstrated ability to conduct structured analysis and break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components. - Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with data analysis and basic modeling in Excel or Google Sheets. - Proactive, "get-it-done" attitude, combined with high intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving business problems. - Strong interest in the technology industry, digital media, and the competitive landscape of social platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or finance. - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). - Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (like Tableau, Looker) is a plus, but not required. - Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or other projects. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
