Our goals - Your path

* Post invoices accurately on a daily basis.
* Prepare and issue invoices to customers according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
* Collect payments from customer sites and process deposits/clearance with the bank.
* Reconcile and clear daily Accounts Receivable (AR) postings in the system.
* Perform daily sales closing and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
* Follow up with customers and update account statements on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Review customer payment terms and credit limits, providing updates to the Customer Service (CS) team as needed.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Specialist
