PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
* Support Business Process Owner (BPO) in Healthcare System (HCS) policy documentation maintenance and filing of paperwork, including registries
* Raise and post timely PO/ GR for HN Department
* Key Account activities support, i.e. logistics arrangement, coordination of event, sampling delivery arrangement
* CRM database compilation and coordination with relevant stakeholders
* Monthly reporting such as team expenses claims, tour plans

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background

Education:
* BBA/MBA in Marketing or Science or relevant education background
* Fresh graduated students are encouraged to apply
Experience:
* 1-year relevant experience in Medical Marketing or related fields is a plus
Specialist Knowledge:
* FMCG knowledge
Requirement Personal Attributes:
* A team player
* Skills Required: organizing administrative skills, Microsoft applications literate , good English communication
* Characteristics: High commitment, open, strong leadership and ability to work under pressure & be a team player
* Ability to lead self in a discipline manner
