JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently recruiting Summer Trainees for Employee Benefits team for the period of June to July 2026. As a Summer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects and gain practical experience through day-to-day business operations.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct a data research project on employee benefits, involving data collection, analysis and insights to support business decisions.
* Support the planning and execution of employee benefits marketing and engagement initiatives.
* Contribute to the annual benchmarking exercise by inputting, validating, and organizing data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Assist with commission billing processes, including reviewing insurer statements and processing entries into the billing system.
* Support the effective management of the centralized mailbox by triaging and routing enquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support for team operations, including documentation, mailings and clerical tasks.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
* University student, relevant studies in Business Studies / Actuarial Studies / Insurance / Data Science programmes are advantageous (For Business Development, Corporate Risks and Employee Benefits roles)
* Proficient in MS Offices
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese
* Able to work full time from June - July 2026
