JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently recruiting Summer Trainees for our Corporate Risks team for the period of June to July 2026. As a Summer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects and gain practical experience through day-to-day business operations.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contribute to a key project involving the setup of a major new corporate account, assisting with documentation preparation, coordinating with internal stakeholders and supporting the implementation of processes required for a smooth and successful onboarding.
* Work closely with team members on daily operational tasks, gaining hands-on exposure to how an insurance brokerage operates and contributing to smooth team workflows.
* Support the team with database and record management, including updating, organising and maintaining key information to ensure data accuracy.
* Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
* University student, relevant studies in Business Studies / Actuarial Studies / Insurance / Data Science programmes are advantageous
* Proficient in MS Offices
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese
* Able to work full time from July - August 2026
