Position and Team Overview
L.E.K.'s Asia Healthcare Practice advises some of the most prominent organisations across the region, including major multinationals with headquarters and/or significant operations in Asia. Our Partner team has extensive experience across the Healthcare / Life Sciences economy, including in LS / Biotech, MedTech and Healthcare Services.
This role is expected to be collaborating and effectively working on Asia Healthcare consulting projects across Shanghai, Tokyo and Singapore offices to help support them on key deliverables.
Overview of Role
L.E.K. Summer Program is designed to maximize potential of the outstanding students, offering them opportunity to experience consulting career in-depth, and work with the fantastic teams to solve real-world consulting problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Research: primary and secondary research on market, clients and competitors through expert interviews, databases, commercial reports, etc.
* Data Analysis: collect data and build solid analyses to be the foundation of critical decisions of the case team recommendations and, eventually, client business.
* Insights: learn and grow on-the-job with the team to sharpen consulting skills and accumulate sector expertise.
Hiring Requirements

* Graduation: expected graduation before September 2027 with a Bachelor / Master / PhD degree

* Sector Focus: Life Science / Healthcare related major preferred
* Communications: excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Chinese
* Team Player: committed and able to work effectively in a team
* Analytical Skills: strong analytical competencies and proficiency in relevant tools
* Work Authorization: eligible to work in China
