Descrizione del lavoro:

1、准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、蛋糕、布丁等食品。 2、确保有足量的餐点供应。 3、负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏。 4、负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭。 5、接受饼房厨师长及饼房主管安排的其他工作任务。

1、熟悉面包、蛋糕等的制作工艺及技能，若无相关烘焙经验，喜爱烘焙者，亦可应聘学徒。 2、有星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包西饼制作工作经验优先。
