Job Description

* Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
* Estimate and produce cost plans
* Compile and amend the tender list
* Draft procurement documentation
* Check and analyze tenders
* Draft tender report
* Deal with variations and the change control processes, negotiating less financially significant or complex matters
* Conduct cost checks and valuations
* Analyze numbers for the final accounts
* Liaise with the client, contractors, designers, etc

Qualifications

* Current undergraduate student of relevant discipline in Quantity Surveying/Cost Engineering/Building Services
* Good communication skill and eager to learn
