The Position

1. Aspire系统上线全周期支持 (GMP生产运营中ITOT领域)
* 主数据治理： 配合 ITOT 流程负责人（SME）进行系统上线前的数据清理、分类与核对，确保主数据的准确性。
* 流程文档编制： 协助起草和修订系统操作相关的标准作业程序（SOP）及技术文档。
* 培训组织： 协助组织针对终端用户的系统操作培训，准备培训材料并收集反馈。
* 技术支持与调查： 参与系统上线后的初期支持，协助 SME 收集 ITOT 相关的系统偏差、故障数据，并参与初步调查。
2. GMP 质量管理与技术支持 (GMP生产运营中质量合规领域)
* 偏差与变更管理： 在 SME 指导下，协助收集 GMP 偏差（Deviation）和变更（Change Control）相关的背景数据和证明文件。
* 质量文档整理： 负责 GMP 流程相关文件的更新、归档及版本控制，确保符合合规性审计要求。
* 现场调查支持： 参与生产设备或工艺偏差的现场调研，协助收集故障相关的运行参数和物料数据，并整理成报告草案。

任职资格要求：

教育背景：
* 本科或研究生在读，制药、生物工程、自动化、信息技术、工业工程或相关专业背景优先。
技能要求：
* 熟练使用 Office 办公软件（尤其是 Excel 的数据处理能力）。
* 具备良好的文档撰写能力，逻辑清晰。
* 对数字化系统（如 ERP, MES 等）有浓厚兴趣或初步了解。
素质要求：
* 细致严谨： 由于涉及 GMP 合规和系统主数据，需具备高度的细心和责任感。
* 沟通协作： 具备跨部门沟通的主动性，能与不同职能的 SME 高效配合。
* 快速学习： 能够快速理解复杂的业务流程和合规要求。
时间要求：
* 每周至少出勤 3-4 天，实习期 6 个月以上者优先。
