Key Responsibilities

Operational Support
* Assist in daily operations across assigned F&B outlets, including Chinese restaurant, café and lounge
* Support service delivery in events, banquets, tournaments, and special functions as required
* Handle basic food and beverage service tasks, including order taking, food running, table setup, clearing
* Assist with opening and closing procedures in assigned outlets

Rotation & Training
* Participate in planned rotation among F&B outlets, events, and banquet operations, subject to business needs and operational demand
* Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety standards
* Observe and assist supervisors in coordination of service flow and guest experience

Guest Service
* Deliver courteous, professional, and attentive service to patrons, guests and visitors
* Respond to patron enquiries and requests promptly and politely
* Promote a positive image of the Academy at all times

Team & Operations Support
* Work closely with F&B team members to ensure smooth daily operations
* Support inventory handling, basic stock control, and mise en place when required
* Undertake ad hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisors according to operational needs

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship, the intern will:
* Gain exposure to multi-outlet F&B operations, events, and banquets
* Understand service standards in a sports and lifestyle hospitality environment
* Develop communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
* Enhance workplace professionalism and operational awareness
