Brings our luxury products onto the stage. Builds a solid reputation for our brands through event organization, press relations and a robust online presence. Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders by developing messages that inform and engage various target audiences.

Speciality Description - Public Relations:
Builds and maintains our company reputation through public relations activities. Gives clear messages on our image internally and externally.

Job Description
Your main missions would be the following:
1. PR
- To consolidate and compile:
weekly clippings from all markets
new cover shooting and ongoing cover shooting from all markets
Feedback and results of Press campaigns from all markets
Translation
- To assist on improving quality, adjusting format, making correction for documents & presentations from markets
- Assist on DMR coverage tracking
2. Celebrity, KOL and influencer
- To consolidate and compile celebrity endorsement reports from all markets
- To consolidate and compile feedbacks and results of influencer campaigns Celebrity, KOL and influencer profile search, translation and consolidation
- To assist on improving quality, adjusting format, making correction for documents & presentations from markets
3. Events
- Market search and reports - to help on the monitoring and collection of competitor brands' and top luxury brands' activities and consolidate them into reports. Eg. exhibitions, press/ VIC preview of new collection launch, trunk shows, VIC appointments and VIP dinners.
- Competitor brands - Cartier, VCA, Bvlgari, Chaumet, Tiffany, Piaget, Chorpad and etc- Top luxury brands - Dior, Chanel, LV, Hermes, Prada and etc To consolidate event reports from all markets, make format adjustment
- To assist on improving quality, adjusting format, making correction for documents & presentations from markets
- Material sample collection from all markets
4. Others daily administration tasks (approx. 2 hours per week)
- Logistic / documents & magazine arrangement
