Job Description

As Administrative and Facilities Area Intern at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities while supporting various administrative functions. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to operational excellence.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Managing information systems and operational controls, including attendance reporting using digital tools and database administration
* Coordinating urban and national courier services while supervising maintenance, physical inspections, and general services
* Supporting quality compliance with standards such as ISO9001:2000 and ISO:27001, and helping develop new procedures and instructions
* Managing office supplies, reviewing invoicing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers
* Providing logistical support for internal events and participating in Facilities Management projects

* Excellent writing, spelling, and communication abilities
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
