About The Role
Are you prepared to support the origination and execution of M&A transactions? You'll participate in various stages of transaction execution, from the initial phase to closing.
At FTI Capital Advisors you'll work on the most challenging mandates within the rapidly transforming Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) landscape. Our strategically placed offices around the world offer opportunities to work on diverse international mandates and you will have significant client exposure and impact.
FTI Capital Advisors is looking to invest in your future by considering you for an Investment Banking Intern opportunity of 6 months, starting in September 2026.
What You Will Do
As an Investment Banking Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, getting involved in certain stages from origination to closing. You'll help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel. Furthermore, you will assist in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance. Conducting thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesizing complex analyses into actionable conclusions will be essential aspects of your responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications
What You Will Need To Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field such as Engineering. A solid understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies is essential.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering.
* Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation date between June 2025 and September 2026.
* Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA .
* Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge and a keen interest in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) industry.
An understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Additional Language Skills Are Considered An Asset.
