About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Operations Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
* Provide Technical Support and Help Desk assistance to employees, addressing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems via various communication channels.
* Assist in Active Directory Reporting and Reconciliation, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
* Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
* Contribute to IT Systems Administration for hospitality applications.
* Support IT-related tasks for New Hotel Openings, ensuring smooth IT transitions.
* Liaise with vendors for initiatives related to Data Protection Office, facilitating data protection initiatives.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail for accurate data analysis.
* Proactive and collaborative with effective communication skills for team discussions and presentations.
* Hands-on experience or familiarity with Power BI, Azure Cloud technologies, database management, and development tools like Jira, GitHub, and Postman.
