About the Team The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 month long internship period. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities: 1. Fan Community Management: - Assist in recruiting and managing active and potential fans for community building and take responsibility for community activeness, powering up for their supporting LIVE hosts. - Community Ecology Optimization: Help formulate and implement community operation rules (e.g., removing violating users, promptly answering questions from active users) and maintain the community SOP manual. - Video content promotion: monitor and assist in formulating and iterating community operation educational materials, and organize regular training for fans in terms of content making. 2. Reactivate low-activity or inactive gifters：Experiment with multiple ways to increase the activeness of paid users, includes but not constraints on: - day-to-day work in selecting and promoting good LIVE content to low active users - collaboration with the recommendation team to review LIVE cases receiving negative feedback, to increase users' LIVE watching experiences - assisting in potential user campaigns for reactivation

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic required. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them - TikTok LIVE heavy user, comprehensive understanding of local internet culture is a must - Video editing and account management experience is a plus - Able to work onsite in office 5 days a week
