We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Development Trainee for Parfums Christian Dior Orient, covering the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and India (9 markets). Reporting to the Regional Client Development Specialist, this position will provide essential support in the execution and optimization of our CRM strategies. The trainee will assist in orchestrating the communication plan, implementing data-driven initiatives, supporting automated client journeys, and maintaining personalized client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in CRM, retail, or digital marketing, with ideally first experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury retail or beauty industry. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Comfortable with analytical tools (Excel and PowerBI) and CRM platforms (Salesforce or Adobe) is a plus Excellent written and interpersonal abilities, attention to details, and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or French is a strong asset
