Key Responsibilities

For IT / Computer Science Intern:

* Assist in sales data cleaning and consolidation (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through data).

* Support the creation of WHS Sales Performance Dashboards using Excel or Power BI.

* Work on store mapping and data visualization for regional and partner stores.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and automation.

* Maintain version control of files and proper documentation of tools and dashboards.

For Marketing Management Intern:

* Support the development of WHS Monthly Newsletters (content, layout, distribution).

* Assist in gathering trade marketing materials and campaign results.

* Help organize promotional calendars, campaign tracking, and execution alignment with partners.

* Join brainstorming and alignment sessions for upcoming activations and trade initiatives.

* Provide admin and coordination support for wholesale partner meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in:

* IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics (for Data/Tech Intern)

* Marketing Management, Business, or Communications (for Marketing Intern)

* Strong attention to detail, with interest in working with either data analytics or marketing execution.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge in Power BI, Canva, or Adobe is a plus.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

* Must be endorsed for OJT / internship hours completion by their university.
