Fashion Acquisition & Incubation Project Intern (Fashion Non-Apparel, E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Fashion (Non-Apparel) team drives growth across Fashion Non-Apparel categories by acquiring and incubating new sellers and brands, managing accounts, and executing projects and activations such as campaigns. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period Responsibilities - Help acquire and onboard sellers for the Pre-Owned category - Support seller account setup and ongoing account management - Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship tracking - Help create and manage vouchers and basic promo setups - Support pricing and deal alignment with sellers - Keep simple records and updates on accounts and offers

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's in business or a related discipline - Attentive to detail with a strong focus on information accuracy and formatting. - Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative - Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools Preferred Qualifications - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@bytedance.com
