Your Tasks

Role Purpose
Act as a support person to BDF NKAMs to ensure all sales requirements, sales data, product information and documentation of key meetings will be duly recorded and monitored.
Sales Efficiency & Effectiveness
1. Data analytics: Conducts sell in and sell out analysis, Top 10 IMS, Category and promo performance, Daily and MTD sales monitoring.
2. Promo Monitoring: Provide promo inventory and promo sell-out
3. Attend and record meetings and key agreements within BDF and DT meetings.
4. Support to Sales: Account requirements; product visuals, promo permit, sales report, inventory reports, product samples
5. Gatekeeper of Records; Price list, Promo Communication and permits, account related requirements.

Your Profile

Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Results-driven attitude
Enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Must be in the last semester in University
At least one first experience (internship, working student, work experience) is mandatory ​
Need to be a resident in the Philippines
