We are looking for a structured and proactive

Summer Trainee, Junior Coordinator, Modernization

to support internal communication, knowledge structuring, and data governance initiatives across multiple digital and transformation programs.
This role sits at the intersection of communication, master data quality, and portfolio transparency. You will work closely with stakeholders across business units to ensure information flows clearly, knowledge is structured sustainably, and data foundations remain reliable.

This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year bachelor's student or recent graduate seeking hands-on exposure to communication, digital transformation and governance practices. The internship is four months paid full-time work starting in spring. The start date can be agreed mutually to suit your studies and preference. This position is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.

Responsibilities:

1. Internal Communication & Engagement Support
* Coordinate and support internal release webinars and communication campaigns.
* Prepare and structure presentation materials to ensure clarity and professional delivery.
* Maintain stakeholder and distribution lists to ensure accurate communication reach.
* Provide live-session support and conduct participation analysis and summary reporting.
* Create visually engaging internal communication materials (slides, visuals, simple banners).
* Support short-form internal content that increases awareness and adoption of digital initiatives.

2. Knowledge & Content Structuring
* Review and clean outdated content in internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
* Organize, categorize, and structure materials into clear and sustainable knowledge formats.
* Maintain documentation readiness for digital tool releases and deployments.
* Improve usability, structure, and adoption of internal knowledge hubs.

3. Data Quality, Master Data & Governance Support
* Support master data mapping and categorization to strengthen equipment data foundations.
* Monitor equipment data quality and identify missing or inconsistent information.
* Identify red flags in portfolio and project management tools.
* Follow up with stakeholders to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
* Investigate root causes behind missing or incorrect data and propose practical improvement actions.
* Contribute to improving reporting transparency and governance practices.
* Support basic portfolio reporting and user guidance when required.

Preferred Background:

Final-year bachelor's student or recent graduate in: Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Communications or a related field.

Required Skills & Competencies:
* Fluent English communication and writing skills.
* Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
* Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint).
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and follow up diplomatically.
* Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
* Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in investigating data inconsistencies.
* Comfortable communicating and presenting to stakeholders across different organizational levels.

Considered an Advantage:
* Familiarity with Power BI or portfolio management tools.
* Basic visual design and short-form video editing skills.
* Experience working with master data or data quality processes.
