Trainee, R&D Customer Support

* Educational recommendations: Current Msc or BSc students in relevant areas
* Location: Espoo, Finland

Join a team which deep dives and resolves live 5G customer network issues. As result of studies you already have a basic understanding of 4G/5G networks. You are curious to learn more and you are excited doing a variety of different kinds of tasks as part of your job. You are always ready to share your knowledge and skills among the people you work with. You are a team worker but also efficient on independent tasks, and your English language skills allow you to communicate efficiently in our multicultural environment.

* Develop and enhance AI toolsets, supporting teams in adopting smarter workflows.
* Create and maintain scripts for tasks like log collection to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
* Participate in producing and refining technical documentation.
* Work closely with international, multicultural teams to solve problems and share knowledge

Requisiti del candidato:

You have:

* Knowledge with ML/AI
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and apply new things and techniques
* Knowledge on Unix Shell Scripts, Perl and Python
* Knowledge on open source SW, Linux and GIT

It would be nice if you also had:

* Knowledge of 4G/5G call flows
* Knowledge of Unix & Linux Systems administration
* Understanding of IP Networks
* Knowledge Cloud Infrastructure (OpenStack, VMware) and Red Hat OpenShift Container platform
* Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery
